Two Heads Mach3 CNC Engraving Router has the following features
This cnc router use mach3 as system and also have two heads cnc water cooling spindle, is many used material holder to fix the materials, like wood, acrylic and other advertising materails. This machine is controlled by computer, but we can make it use DSP control, it is easy to handle.
Advantage Features:
1).Welded structure by thick profiled steel stabilized under high temperature, ensures minimum distortion, excellent rigidity and powerful strength.
2).Machine is mainly assembled with precise parts. Japanese YAKSAWA servo motor or China stepper motor make machine stable running with low noise, high speed and high accuracy. Italy HSD spindle or China made make machine with high precision and long service time and stable movement. Tool sensor enables the machine compensate the tolerance of the tool length.
3)Vacuum working table with double cavities and Bakelite material with high absorption power.
4)Imported control system, separated keyboard control, color LCD display and DSP add machine more versatility.
5).Strong dust collector ensures site cleanliness during the machine operation.
6)Auto lubricating system, one touch can finish periodic maintenance easily.

1.Mainly used for woodworking industry, door, cabinets, kitchen utensils, chairs, decoration business, mould industry, wood panel, wave board processing, MDF sheet carving, screen, calligraphy tablet design , relief, wood furniture, computer tables, panel furniture, office furniture, instrument industry, and so on.
